How to Order
Email to an.eden.of.findings@gmail.com with the following:
1) Your Name
2) Home Address (for the item to be posted to you)
3) The Item Name and Item # (state in Subject Title)
4) Preferred type of Postage – Normal Mail which will be advised OR Registered Mail @ S$2.24
5) Any other comments
You will receive a Confirmation Email within 48 hours.
Payment Modes
I only accept Bank Transfer to POSB through Internet Banking or ATM.
Upon receiving the Confirmation Email, payment should be made within 48 hours unless otherwise stated by YOU. I have the right to repost the item for sale if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
Email me once payment has been made, so that I can do the necessary. Items will only be sent out after payment is received.
Postage/Packaging/Delivery
1) Postage:
Normal Mail charges based on weight will be advised in the Confirmation Email. (Delivered to your letter box)
Registered Mail by Mr. Postman is at a flat rate of S$2.24 in addition of Normal Mail charges. (Delivered right to your doorstep and you need someone at home to sign and receive)
Registered Mail will be free for purchases above S$50.00.
2) Packaging:
Items are checked thoroughly for any defects before being packed in a zip-lock or clear bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and then sealed in an envelope. Rest assured that your item will be packed with utmost care.
3) Delivery by SingPost:
Items will be sent out within 48 hours after payment is received.
Items will be delivered by POST unless otherwise stated, strictly no meet-ups.
Do allow 2-4 days for the Postman to deliver the items. Note that weekends, public holidays and rainy days will delay the delivery.
I will not be held responsible for any loss/misdirected of mails and any damage incurred by SingPost after I sent out the item. Registered Mail is always recommended as a Registered Article Number will be provided to track status of mail.
Other Information
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD$) excluding postage costs if any.
Item prices stated are NETT and non-negotiable.
Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Items labeled as Pending are awaiting payment, so do comeback to check on status.
Items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, no reservations will be entertained.
Due to the camera and lighting, colors may be slightly different in reality.
Your personal information will only be used for Item transactions; it will not be disclosed to any third party.
